Each link will be valid for one week. During the week that your link is active, you’ll be able to access the Customer Video Upload page up to 10 times and load up to 20 video clips.
If you reach this limit and have more video footage you’d like to share with us to help with your claim, you can call your motor claims handler and ask for another link to be sent to you.
