There will be a wide range of activities for all the family to get involved with, giving young and old alike the chance to try their hand at the skills needed for rugby, including an RFU rugby skills session as well as interactive games and a Treasure Hunt that will involve local businesses in the town centre. It will also be an opportunity to find out more about Northampton Saints’ community programmes that use the sport to positively affect the lives of thousands of young people across Northamptonshire each year.
Fans will be able to have their photo taken with the LV= Cup as well as the Premiership and European Challenge Cup trophies in the Northampton Museum, which will also be hosting a special exhibition celebrating the club’s winning cup finals.
Northamptonshire schools will also be contributing to a special mural celebrating rugby in the town that will be displayed in the Market Square throughout the day.
