Saracens v Northampton Saints Saturday 14 March, kick-off 12.30pm at Allianz Park
Third and first in the Premiership do battle in what is a repeat of last year's Semi-Final. Saints came out on top that day, prevailing by 26-7, having earlier beaten Sarries 20-16 in the pool stages of the competition. In seven previous LV= Cup ties against Saints, Sarries have only won once: 33-19 on 26 October 2008.
Saracens are bidding to make it to the LV= Cup Final for the first time having fallen at the Semi-Final stage on four previous occasions. Northampton, meanwhile, have a proud record in the competition having been finalists in 2012 and 2014 as well as lifting the trophy in 2010.
Leicester Tigers v Exeter Chiefs Sunday 15 March, kick-off 1.00pm at Welford Road
Sunday's tie brings together two Premiership play-off rivals with fifth-placed Leicester up against the treble-chasing Chiefs.
Leicester qualified for the last four of the LV= Cup as top seeds having garnered 18 points from four straight wins compared to Exeter's record of 13 points from three wins and a defeat. The sides have only met once before in the LV= Cup, Chiefs winning 35-10 on 29 January 2011.
