Protection Progress Hub

Welcome to the LV= Protection Progress Hub information page. This page aims to help you with accessing the Hub and explains what you’ll see when you log in.

Main Features

  • Track the status of applications that you have submitted through the LV= Fastway quote and apply journey
  • See a high level overview of all your applications and drill down into each application to view further details
  • For each application you can view if any evidence has been requested, when it was requested and if it’s still outstanding
  • Sort your applications on the dashboard to see where an action is required by you or your client, before we can progress it further
  • The Hub is available 24/7 and is updated every 15 minutes
  • View updates from when an application is received, up until the start of the policy
  • Once a policy starts, or if the application doesn’t progress, no further updates will be shown on the Hub
  • Cases will remain visible for 3 months from the date the policy started or the application not progressed

Login now to start tracking your applications

If you already have an LV= login, you don’t need to do anything different, just login as you usually would with Fastway.

If you don’t have an LV= login, please contact our agency team on 0800 032 8633 (option 1) or email us on [email protected] to set one up.


The Plan Ref column displays the Fastway application reference number followed by the policy reference number for all applications submitted through Fastway.

Each life of a joint life application will be displayed in a separate row in the dashboard.

The stage column contains a ‘power bar’ icon that shows the high level progress of an application.

The policy has started

The status will be updated every 15 minutes, unless the policy has started or did not progress.

Clicking on the ‘View’ button at the end of any row will take you to another page which will show the detail of the application/policy in that row. You will be able to see 4 sections:

  • Action Required: This shows what action is currently being taken. If underwriting is in progress you will be able to see the date we expect underwriting to be completed. This is based on our current underwriting turnaround times and is set by the Underwriting team daily.
  • Further Evidence: If any additional evidence has been requested, this section will display what has been requested and the date this was requested, along with the current status of each piece of evidence.
  • Application Summary: Clicking ‘View full application summary’ will take you to view the summary in Fastway, without having to log in again.
  • Application History: This provides a full chronological history of the application and the progress that it has made to date.

The Hub shows you the key information you need to know about the current status of applications submitted through Fastway. This means most of the time you won’t need to call us to obtain this information.

Please note that any applications submitted to us using other systems (eg. Protection Platform) won’t appear in the Protection Progress Hub.
