Welcome to our new look Pension Account Servicing

We've recently upgraded our Pension Account Servicing platform to make it even easier for you to view information on any clients who hold a LV= pension plan.

Pension Account Servicing allows you to...

  • Obtain plan information ahead of a client annual review
  • Instigate core tasks such as fund switches or requests to amend a client’s level of drawdown income
  • Contact us if any additional information is required
  • and much more

As we continue to develop our online systems to make it easier for you to do business with us, we have more exciting improvements coming soon to Pension Account Servicing, but for now here are the five key areas of of our Pension Account Servicing platform.

Investments

  • Ability to see the current value of the plan, and a full breakdown of the investments held
  • Online PDF valuation statement
  • Instruct fund switches online (where permission is given by your client)
  • Link to PDF form where a change to an external investment is required
  • Current split between the crystallised and un-crystallised elements of the fund

Bank Account

  • Ability to see all transactions that have taken place over the current or previous tax year or policy year
  • Transactions can be filtered as required to only show for example “LV= Fees” or “Adviser Fees”

Contributions

  • Ability to see full details of all monies received under the plan, including transfer payments and regular/single contributions via the employer or employee
  • Link to our Increase To Contributions PDF form should the client wish to add any additional transfers or contributions to their plan

Income

  • Ability to see full details of all Drawdown tranches held by the client
  • This would include the amount moved into Drawdown at outset, amount of PCLS taken, income being taken, bank account details held, tax code in use, GAD review dates and Maximum GAD figures
  • Request a change to existing levels of regular income or request a one-off/ad-hoc income payment online
  • Link to Change of Bank Details PDF form where a drawdown income is being taken and an amendment to the account details is required

General policy servicing

  • Ability to filter full list of clients by a specific fund held, or who are invested via a specific DFM or fund house
  • Changes of address can be submitted online along with the effective date of the change
  • General queries can be submitted online, with the ability to detail the nature of the query and indicate whether you would like the response to be via phone, email, etc.
