LV= announces additional income protection seminar for advisers

30 June 2015 | Press release

Protection specialist LV= is hosting seven income protection seminars for advisers who want to look at how they can boost their income protection sales.

The seminars which are being held around the country (from 8 July until 21 July) will focus on a range of topics including: income protection and state benefits, how to make income protection affordable for every budget, and tools to help advisers to discuss and demonstrate the value of income protection to their clients. The sessions are CPD accredited.

Myles Rix, Managing Director of LV= Protection, said: “These seminars are designed to help advisers overcome the barriers that many face when selling income protection. We ran nine of these sessions at the start of the year which had a great response and received such positive feedback that we have organised additional sessions. We believe that income protection is the most relevant protection product for working adults in the UK and we are committed to working alongside advisers to ensure that those who would benefit from this cover have some in place. These seminars form part of our ‘Wake up to IP’ campaign which aims to provide advisers with the support they need to engage clients.”

To find out more about the seminars and to sign up for a free place, please contact the LV= Protection Team on 08000 285 610 or email protectionevents@LV.com.
