04 February 2020 | Press release

Savings, retirement and protection specialist LV= has appointed Lynzi Harrison to the newly created role of heritage(1) director, reporting directly to Mark Hartigan, LV= Chief Executive.

Lynzi is currently LV=’s customer experience director and joined in May 2019 from Old Mutual Wealth where she was UK platform client services director. She started her career at HSBC as a financial analyst, after which she spent nine years at Skandia in a variety of senor business roles before joining Old Mutual Wealth in 2009 initially as head of accounting before becoming head of finance operations and systems followed by director of operational assurance.

Mark Hartigan, LV= Chief Executive, commented: “Our heritage business is an important part of the company as it’s where we look after our with-profits members. It’s right, therefore, that it is fully represented on the executive team and in Lynzi we have the ideal person to give our heritage members the focus and attention they deserve.”

1. Heritage consists of policies that are closed to new business or not actively marketed. It includes ordinary branch and industrial branch with-profits policies along with some non-profit business.
