LV= appoints head of automated advice strategy

Retirement specialist LV= has appointed David Stevens into the newly created role of Head of Automated Advice Strategy. David’s will be responsible for leading the roll out and development of LV=’s regulated online advice service for the retirement income market, Clear Online Retirement Advice (CORA), amongst advisers and corporate partners.

A qualified chartered insurer, David led on the development of CORA and has worked for LV= for almost two decades in senior customer service and change positions. In his most recent role, David was responsible for the development and integration of LV=’s range of advised and non-advised products and services.

John Perks, Managing Director of LV= Retirement Solutions said: “LV= is committed to demonstrating the value of advice to those that would not typically take it and it is great to have someone with David’s pedigree and experience leading on the roll out of the first regulated online retirement advice service in the market. David has a wealth of experience in delivering customer focused solutions which will help to ensure that CORA and future innovations are successful.”
