How to book a telephone interview

Complete your application as normal. On the pre-underwriting declaration you can 'confirm and request a teleinterview' using the button at the bottom of the page.

You'll be asked a few questions about the booking. Choose Ok to continue.

The telephone booking system will let you choose a time and date when we'll call.

A separate tele-interview needs to be booked for each person on the application.

To return to the dashboard, click on the existing application at the top of the screen.

Once complete, you can return to the dashboard by clicking the existing customer link at the top of the page.

Choosing to complete the application on behalf of your client

If you've chosen to answer the underwriting questions instead of a telephone interview, you can change your preference on your clients underwriting answers.

If you've booked a tele-interview, you can choose to the application form on behalf of the customer.

Confirm that you'll cancel the tele-interview and then click 'proceed'.

You'll need to accept the confirmation that you'll cancel the tele-interview.
