Your client and their family have access to the LV= Legal & Wellbeing Advice Line anytime and not just when making a claim.


What is the LV= Legal & Wellbeing Support Line?

The LV= Legal & Wellbeing Support Line gives your clients and their families access to legal and medical advice, as well as counsellors, 24 hours a day, every day of the week. This support is available as soon as their policy is live as well as when they’re making a claim.

Counselling - If they’re dealing with the loss of a loved one, the diagnosis of a serious illness, or the loss of their job, it can be a scary and worrying time. Our qualified counsellors are at the end of the phone any time of the day or night, to help and support them.

Health and wellbeing - Our team of nurses can provide your client with information such as advice on a specific medical condition, child illnesses and elderly care.

They can advise your client what to expect and provide them with fact sheets if they’ve been diagnosed with an illness or medical condition, or if they’re waiting for, or recuperating from an operation. They can also provide details of local support groups and devise individual lifestyle plans to help them through this difficult time.

Personal legal advice - Whatever the reason for your client’s claim, this could be the exact time when they need access to legal advice, for example, a change to their employment status, financial or relationship circumstances. Our legal specialists are here anytime to guide and advise your client on the actions they can take.

The legal specialists can advise on areas such as;

Dismissal, redundancy, a grievance.
Family law
Child maintenance, divorce, wills and probate.
General law
Including civil litigation, motoring offences, debt advice and personal injury.
