Claims are more than just numbers to us. Your clients (and their families) are experiencing a life changing event, so how we deal and support them during this time is nearly as important as the money we pay out.

LV= is a mutual, which means we're owned by our members (not private shareholders). This allows us to adopt a fair approach to paying claims. Our profits are reinvested into the business and not paid back to external stakeholders as dividends.
