LV= is today making its LV= Doctor Services app available as a benefit for new retirement policyholders, at no added cost.
The service, which is already available to LV=’s new protection policyholders, offers convenient access to three medical advice services via one app. Customers are able to speak to a UK doctor by video or phone, get a private prescription without needing to visit their GP, as well as obtaining a review of an existing diagnosis and specialist advice on treatment options.
The service, provided by Square Health, will now offer all new LV= retirement policyholders easy access to UK doctors and specialists. Customers simply need to download the app to their smartphone, call Square Health directly or visit LV.com/doctorservices. Appointments are available between 8am-7pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.
