LV= Broker revs up its multi-bike offering with full cycle EDI product

LV= Broker has become one of the first insurers in the market to offer a full cycle EDI multi-bike solution following the introduction of its Highway Moto Plus scheme.

The pilot scheme allows customers to insure up to four motorcycles under one policy. Cover is available for modern bikes up to 35 years old or classic bikes up to 75 years old, up to a value of £20,000 on comprehensive and £6,000 Third Party Fire & Theft or Third Party Only.

There is also an extended No Claims Bonus scale plus discounts for approved alarms and immobilisers, and approved rider training. The policy also covers motorcycle use in the EU for 90 days per year.

Scott Greenhill, LV= Broker Head of Personal Lines Underwriting, said: "We’re always looking at new ways to innovate and support the broker market. Our latest Highway Multi-Bike pilot scheme will help us better understand the market’s needs, with potential to extend the multi-solution to our other motor products.”

When we started in 1843 our goal was to give financial security to more than just a privileged few and for many decades we were most commonly associated with providing a method of saving to people of modest means. Today we follow a similar purpose, helping people to protect and provide for the things they love, although on a much larger scale and through a wide range of financial services including insurance, investment and retirement products.

We are currently the UK's number one brand for Insurance and Investments, according to the 2015 YouGov Brand Index Buzz Rankings.

We offer our services direct to consumers, as well as through IFAs and brokers, and through strategic partnerships with organisations such as ASDA, Nationwide Building Society and a range of trade unions.
