Insurance, investment and retirement group LV= has appointed Jon Mansley as Head of Digital Strategy and Proposition (GI), with specific focus on driving the mutual’s digital transformation strategy for its general insurance customers.
Jon, who joined LV= yesterday (14 November 2016), will report to Digital Transformation Director (GI) Heather Smith, who joined the organisation in August this year. He will spearhead the customer transformation roadmap and strategy across both LV=’s GI Direct and Broker businesses, including its Claims function, focussing on digital assets and customer opportunities to ensure fair, fast and easily accessible processes for the insurer’s GI customers.
Jon has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and joins LV= from Aviva, where he undertook a number of strategic brand and customer data roles. In his most recent role as Head of Customer Insight, Data and Analytics, he was responsible for leading the development of its UK data and analytics function across life, general insurance and health businesses. Prior to this he he worked across a variety of marketing and business development functions at MBNA.
