LV= wins customer service investment award

LV= has won The Leadership Factor Best Return on Customer Service Investment Award at this year's UK Customer Satisfaction Awards held by the Institute of Customer Service. This is the second year running that LV= has won this award.

The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards ceremony, which is in its third year, took place in London this week and recognises and rewards organisations who deliver excellent and innovative customer service.

The judges were impressed with LV='s work on its in-house learning tool that is used throughout the company's call centres. The online tool enables employees to collaborate their knowledge and skills in order to help each other resolve customer's queries, which in turn has improved customer service.

It's great to win this award for the second year running and have the team's hard work recognised. Our belief is that if our employees are happy and engaged then they will deliver fantastic service to our customers, so we spend a significant time investing in our people and developing their skills.
