LV= recognised by Which? for claims service

LV= has been recognised by Which? for its claims service across its car and home insurance products.

In its 2013 claims satisfaction survey, Which? polled 10,000 of its members about their experiences of making a car or home insurance claim with major insurance companies. Those that had made a claim in the last two years were questioned about their level of satisfaction with how the claim was handled. They were then asked whether they would recommend the insurer in the light of the claim and this was used to come up with an overall claims satisfaction score.

For car insurance, LV= and its partnership brand Frizzell, achieved two of the top three spots in the table. For home insurance, it achieved a top three position in the table.

When customers contact us to make a claim they are usually quite distressed due to the situation they are in. We pride ourselves on giving an excellent service in our customers’ hour of need and delivering when they really need us. I am delighted that our efforts have been recognised by Which? members across both our car and home insurance products.
