LV= today announced the launch of a new and improved website at The website’s design has been significantly enhanced and now better reflects LV=’s vibrant new brand.

As well as design changes, improvements have been made to the site to improve usability. Changes include a new ‘top tab’ navigation system giving users ‘one click’ access to all products. The website has also benefited from a redesigned side navigation menu and each of the products areas features improved imagery.

As well as tabs for each of the product areas, the website features a financial advice tab, which users can click on to complete a financial health check, as well as book an appointment with one of LV=’s financial advisers.

Paul Wishman, LV= ecommerce director, said: “The web is a very important channel for us as more and more consumers are switching to purchasing their financial products online. We have developed a new design that supports the LV= brand and made technical improvements that will enhance the customer journey.

“We are continually looking for ways to enhance the customer experience online, and further developments are planned over the course of 2009.”

The website has undergone extensive usability testing to ensure the improvements make the web journey simpler and easier for consumers using the site.
