Child Trust Fund
On 13 March 2009, we transferred our Child Trust Fund (CTF) policies to Family Investments.
There are some important changes to the LV= Child Trust Fund (CTF).

This move was decided following a strategic review where we decided that CTFs are no longer part of our future business plans
We chose to transfer this business to Family Investments because we believe they're best placed to look after the needs of our CTF customers.
Like LV=, they're a friendly society and a mutual organisation with many years experience helping families saving for the future.
Like all CTF providers, Family Investments have to be approved by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) to provide CTF accounts. You can access a full list of CTF providers and their contact details on the HMRC website http://www.childtrustfund.gov.uk/. HMRC's CTF Helpline can also be contacted on 0845 302 1470 (within the UK).
How do I contact Family Investments?
Family Investments welcome your enquiry. You can contact them through their website at www.familyinvestments.co.uk or phone them on 0844 8 920920. Lines are open 9am – 7pm weekdays and 9am – 12 noon Saturdays (calls may be monitored or recorded for training purposes). For textphone first dial 18001. Calls cost 7p plus 3p per minute from a BT landline (correct at 20/10/2008). The cost of non-BT landline calls may differ.
