After your 90th birthday your cover continues but you won't have to pay any more premiums.
Full cover after just one year.

Guaranteed full payout after the first year. If you die before this we may only pay you the premiums you've paid into your plan.
Depending on how long you live you may pay more in premiums than we pay out when you die.
If you stop paying premiums your cover stops and you won't get anything back.
Your amount of cover is fixed when your plan starts, so it won't keep up with inflation and will buy less in the future.
Payment normally goes to your estate. Inheritance tax could apply to the part that's worth over £325,000 (tax years 2011/2012 to 2014/2015).
