The difference between our members and customers

We have both members and customers. Membership is automatic when you have a certain type of policy with us. These are usually life insurance, investments, protection or retirement policies. If you have a policy like car, home, pet or travel insurance you are a customer, not a member.

You don't pay a membership fee for being a member of LV=, like you would to join a club, it goes hand-in-hand with the type of financial product you have with us.

You can become a member of LV= by simply taking out one of our member qualifying products. There are lots to choose from, including products to help you save for a rainy day or protect you and your family. You can buy these direct or contact a financial adviser for advice.
