Wimbledon tickets terms and conditions

• Entry into the prize draw is automatic for LV= members who join the LV= Community between midnight on 8 April and 23.59 BST on 23 May 2013. No purchase is necessary.
• To be eligible for the free prize draw you must be a LV= member and over 18 years of age.
• LV= members can only join the LV= Community once and only one entry into the prize draw is permitted.
• The prize is two hospitality tickets for No.1 court at Wimbledon on Saturday 29 June 2013. The hospitality package includes:
  - Official No.1 Court tickets.
  - Champagne reception served to your table.
  - Complimentary bar (including champagne).
  - Three course menu designed by Albert Roux.
  - Afternoon tea with strawberries and cream.
  - Plasma TVs.
  - Event programme.
  - Shuttle bus to and from Southfields Tube Station (from 9am to 7pm).
• There is no cash alternative. The prize does not include any expenses arising in relation to the prize.
• The prize is non refundable and non transferable and is subject to availability. LV= reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of equal value.
• The prize draw is not open to staff of LV= or to their immediate family or to anyone directly connected with the prize draw.
• LV= does not accept responsibility for registrations that don’t reach us through the online portal. LV= cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any server, internet access, system or otherwise which may result in any entry being lost or not properly registered or recorded. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
• The prize draw will be held by 31 May 2013. THE CLOSING DATE FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS TO THE LV= COMMUNITY is 23.59 BST on 23 May 2013. A winner will be randomly selected by an independent judge appointed by LV=. The judge's decision is final.
• The winner will be notified by post, email or telephone by 7 June 2013, subject to membership being confirmed. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. Where contact cannot be made an alternative winner will be selected at random and notified within 10 days. The names of the judge and/or the winner can be obtained by writing to: Kellie Wilkins, Membership Manager, LV=, County Gates, Bournemouth, BH1 2NF up to two months after the closing date.
• The winner agrees to participate in publicity relating to the draw and to publication of their name and county of residence for the purposes of announcing the winner of this prize draw and for related marketing purposes.
• LV= reserves the right to amend the prize draw terms and conditions and to withdraw the prize at any time.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
