Do I need cover?
This depends. Do you have a mortgage, other financial liabilities or family financially dependant on you? If you don’t then you probably don’t need cover. However, if you’re unsure you should speak to a Financial Adviser.
How much does it cost?

Payments start from £5 a month. The premium you pay depends on the amount of cover you choose, and also your personal circumstances, such as your age, whether you smoke or not, your medical history, your occupation, and any hobbies or pastimes you have.
Can we get joint cover?
Yes. You and your partner can apply for cover together. The plan will pay out if one of you dies or is diagnosed with a critical illness during the policy term. But joint life cover only pays out once, so once it pays out, the policy ends, and you're no longer covered.
What if I become critically ill?
Our critical illness cover can make sure that you receive a lump sum if you are diagnosed with one of the covered serious illnesses. The money could be used to help repay a mortgage or other debts or to make alterations to your home to help you and your family adjust.
What is Critical Illness cover?
Critical Illness cover provides a one off cash lump sum if you are diagnosed with one of the critical illnesses covered by the policy during the term. You must survive for at least 14 days after the diagnosis. The cash could be used to help pay off a mortgage or make adaptations to your home, such as putting in wheelchair ramps.
