So whether you prefer canoeing, climbing, elephant-trekking or rock-climbing there is someone that can help plan your holiday. If you are less adventurous there is still something out there for you such as painting, cooking, gardening or diving.

• If you book through a tour operator or agent make sure that they use qualified guides and the best equipment available, for your safety's sake.
• Make sure that the group isn't too big so that everyone in the group gets the attention they need.
• Make sure you read through your itinerary before you travel to make sure that it includes activities at your level and for everyone you're travelling with. 
• You'll have spare time outside of your adventure time so consider a country that has sightseeing and culture to explore.
