Will you insure my pet?

To get a cat or dog insurance quote, you will need to make sure you meet the following eligibility criteria.

Eligibility criteria at a glance:

  • you must be the owner of the pet, over 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom
  • your pet mustn't be less than eight weeks old
  • your pet mustn't fall under the restrictions of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991, the Dogs (Northern Ireland) Order 1983, Dogs (Northern Ireland) Act 1991 or any changes to those laws
  • you'll need to have all your pet's details to hand, including their medical history
