For the first time LV= is advertising home insurance on TV. The LV= home insurance advert was launched on the 18th of August and is scheduled to run through to the end of October on satellite TV channels. The advert has been designed to be completely different to other home insurance TV advertising. That's the LV= difference! Digital animation was used to create the home insurance advert. This involved drawings, several rounds of static animation, and lastly computer production to create the final effect and overlay the voiceover and music.

Defaqto, an independent financial product research company, has awarded LV= home insurance five stars for its features and benefits in 2008. LV= home insurance is flexible and offers great cover. The new music has been especially composed for the LV= home insurance advert. We sourced several composers to create a unique soundtrack for the home insurance advert. For the voiceover we selected Jayne Sharpe, a well known artist. Jayne was chosen for her warm, friendly voice with a hint of cheekiness which matches the home insurance advert.
