By rail: Trains run direct from Ipswich to London Liverpool Street and journey time is approximately 75 minutes. It’s approximately 1 mile or a 15-20 minute walk from Ipswich train station to the office. There is a taxi rank directly outside the front of the station; taxi takes approximately five minutes to drive to the office.
By bus: The office is only 100 yards or so from the main bus station in the Town centre which is known as ‘Tower Ramparts’. Virtually all Ipswich buses will stop here.
By air: Our nearest main passenger airport is Stansted and is approximately 1 hr taxi ride. Some passenger flights also come into Norwich Airport which is approximately 50 minutes away by taxi.
By car: Please refer to Google map above. Follow the A1156 into town.
By foot: No specific tips for pedestrians. The office can be found very easily as it is just off the main High Street. The office building is next to the Crown Pools swimming pool / sports centre which is signposted throughout the Town Centre.
Parking: We have a very limited number of parking spaces on site and these are usually booked out some time in advance. If anyone wishes to check the availability of a parking space please contact alex.hinkins@lv.com or call her directly on 0845 223 9790. Alternatively, directly behind the office is a large public car park (Crown Pools Car Park).
Reception: As our office is in a shared building, we have a security guard in the main entrance of Crown House, who should be able to direct visitors in the correct direction. Both floors used by LV= have admin staff near the entrances, who will sign visitors in.
