By rail: Basildon rail station is in Southernhay, which is a ten minute walk along Southernhay from the office. There is a small taxi rank based behind the station office but it is generally quicker to walk to the office.

By bus: Nearest bus station is in Southernhay, just a few minutes walk away from the office. The majority of buses stop here. The public hire Taxi rank is also based here.

By air: Nearest Airport is Southend, with Stansted being the next major airport about 45 minutes drive away.

By car: Southernhay is part of the Basildon Town Centre ring road.

By foot: A pelican crossing is directly outside Kelting House. Pavements are on both sides of the dual carriageway, so the office is easily reached by foot.

Parking: Kelting house has a very small car park and LV= only has three allocated spaces. ASDA is directly next door to the office & has a large multi storey plus an underground car park. Plus between the office & the bus station there is the Eastgate shopping centre multi storey car park. Opposite the office, on the other side of the railway line, there is the station car park with a set charge of £3.50 all day. The entrance is off Clay Hill road travelling from the traffic lights in Southernhay nearest to the office.

Reception: There are several other companies in Kelting House, and LV= is on the 6th floor. There is no reception in the building or office. The building is locked and entry is via a key fob release. Therefore please call the person you are visiting and ask them to come down and let you in.
