Fleet Insurance

Claim Reporting

Claims can be reported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Your claim will be allocated to an experienced claims handler who will ensure it is dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner. When reporting a claim we will need the following information:

  • your name, address and policy number
  • vehicle make, model and registration number
  • name of road incident occurred on
  • details of the incident
  • third party details (if applicable) – vehicle make, model and registration number, address and insurer details
  • names and addresses of any witnesses
  • Police Officer details (where applicable)

Claim Reporting

Claims can be reported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Your claim will be allocated to an experienced claims handler who will ensure it is dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner. When reporting a claim we will need the following information:

  • your name, address and policy number
  • vehicle make, model and registration number
  • name of road incident occurred on
  • details of the incident
  • third party details (if applicable) – vehicle make, model and registration number, address and insurer details
  • names and addresses of any witnesses
  • Police Officer details (where applicable)
