We're pleased to announce that on 1 July 2010, we sharpened the rates for our standalone critical illness and combined life and critical illness policies.

Our competitive rates are amongst the top pricing positions for most cases.

Pipeline arrangements:

• Applications with a valid quote dated on or before 30 June and received before 7 July will have previous rates applied
• Applications received on or after 7 July will have new rates applied, even if quoted on or before 30 June
• Quotes issued on or after 1 July will be subject to the new rates
• Applications held in pipeline as at 30 June and completed by 30th December will be subject to the previous rates
• Applications held in pipeline but not completed by 30 December will have new rates applied
• Applications in pipeline, where previous rates apply, can have new rates applied if request
