We have made some exciting changes to our Critical Illness product. If you currently have applications being processed, please see our pipeline arrangements.

Pipeline arrangements:

Scenario	Old Critical Illness policy conditions	New Critical Illness policy conditions
If we receive a valid quote dated on or before the 1st April and is received at our Exeter office on or before 15th April
If we receive a valid quote dated on or before 1st April but received at our Exeter office on or after 16th April
All valid quotes dated on or after 2nd April
Any application already in the pipeline received on or before 1st April
