Pre-sales underwriting support
We provide you with underwriting support from the very start of the sales process to help clarify any pre-sale enquiries you or your client may have. This can significantly speed up the application; maximising your time and ensuring that your client is on risk as soon as possible.
Direct access:
We provide you with direct access to our specialist team and underwriters who’ll deal with each application from pre-submission through to completion. You’ll be contacted at each stage and informed of any outstanding requirements and where there is the potential for non-standard terms.
Proactive management of your business:
We aim to review medical evidence on the day of receipt or within 24 hours and will underwrite on each piece of evidence as and when it comes in. We actively chase outstanding requests held up by GPs and other medical professionals. We’ll also keep you updated along the way.
Flexible medical examination arrangements:
Where possible we’ll make sure your client is seen by their local GP, and where appropriate offer a suitable alternative with our nationwide healthcare networks.
