What to do if your client needs to make a claim

If your client needs to make a claim, they can contact the LV= claims department in writing, by telephone or by e-mail.

We’ll send out a claim form package for your client to complete.

Our UK based claims department are available on the telephone to help with the completion of the claim form. If needed, we can also arrange to send a claims visitor to your client's home to guide them through it.

What happens next?

We’ll start assessing your client's claim once the claim form has been returned with the necessary evidence.

It’s worth noting that medical evidence is treated as fully confidential and is only dealt with by our claims department staff, our medical officers and underwriters.

Our claims department will deal with all the aspects of the claim, from the first phone call to arranging the claim payments. Your client will be given direct access to all the claims staff including the claims assessors. Direct telephone numbers and e-mail addresses will be given at the time of your client's claim.
