Help us to pay claims

When your client completes their application it’s really important that the information they’ve given us is correct. This is because we use this information to determine whether we are able to offer them a policy, and also how much they need to pay us for the cover we provide them with.

If they don’t answer the questions we ask truthfully or in full, it could mean that their policy may not pay out in the event of a claim. This is called non-disclosure.
