Transfer of business - Jersey/Guernsey Schemes
Liverpool Victoria Life Company Limited (LVLC) to Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society Limited (LVFS)
The Jersey & Guernsey final court hearing on the 10th & 18th November respectively have approved our proposal to transfer most of the life insurance business of Liverpool Victoria Life Company Limited to Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society Limited.
The transfer will take effect on 31 December 2008.
