Transfer of business
Liverpool Victoria Life Company Limited (LVLC) to Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society Limited (LVFS)
At the final hearing on the 5th November 2008, the High Court in London has approved our proposal to transfer most of the life insurance business of Liverpool Victoria Life Company Limited to Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society Limited. The Jersey & Guernsey court hearing on the 10th & 18th November respectively have also approved the scheme.
The transfer will take effect on 31 December 2008.
