With-Profits Committee
Our With-Profits Committee is made up of:
- Ian Reynolds
- Cath Keers
- An independent chairman.
The independent chairman is Graham Berville. Graham has extensive industry experience, including acting as the chief executive of Police Mutual.
Our With-Profits Committee meets at least four times a year to check we're working in line with our Principles and Practice of Financial Management. They also make sure that any possible conflicts of interest between different policyholders are resolved.
