Our With-Profits Committee is made up of Ian Reynolds and the Managing Director of our Life Business. The chairman is independent from LV=.
Peter Nowell is the independent chairman. He has a great deal of industry experience and is also the chairman of the Royal National Pension Fund for Nurses (RNPFN) Supervisory Board.
Our With-Profits Committee meets at least three times a year to check we're working in line with our Principles and Practice of Financial Management. They also make sure that any possible conflicts of interest between different policyholders are resolved.
