Investment Committee

Our Investment Committee is made up of three non-executive directors and five members of senior management:

• Gill Nott (chair)
• Dennis Holt
• Mark Austen
• the Group Chief Executive Officer (Mike Rogers)
• the Group Chief Investment Officer
• the Group Finance Director (Keith Abercromby)
• the Managing Director of the Life business
• the Finance Director of the General Insurance business

The Committee is always chaired by a non-executive director.

The Committee meet about four times a year to review how well Liverpool Victoria Asset Management (LVAM) is investing our members' money and our other investments.

Once a year, the Committee will also confirm to the Board if they believe it is right to keep using LVAM instead of another company.
