Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2008
The 2008 Annual General Meeting of Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society Limited, was held at the Bournemouth International Centre, Exeter Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH2 5BH, on Thursday 29th May 2008.
In addition to 70 members attending, over 45,000 voted by proxy. This resulted in around £15,000 being raised for charity. The amount will be divided equally between our chosen charities: Youth Cancer Trust, Great Ormond Street Hospital and LV= Streetwise.
Special General Meeting (SGM) 2008
The 2008 Special General Meeting was held on 1st October 2008 to consider and approve the proposed Special Resolution relating to the transfer of insurance business from Liverpool Victoria Life Company Limited to Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society Limited.
