What else is going on in LV=?

£20m already reunited with customers and members We have implemented a tracing service to assist us in locating ‘lost' customers and members.  The service, titled Unclaimed Asset Register (UAR) is a unique database holding over five million records of unclaimed monies.  This has allowed us to re-connect with customers who have changed their address, and pay out money to them that to date had not been claimed.  This service has resulted in over £20million being re-united with its rightful owners.

A new Customer Champion
In April this year we created a new position within the company – ‘Customer Champion' - who reports directly into our Chief Operating Officer.  The main purpose of this role is to be the ‘voice of the customer' at a senior level within LV= across all product areas. The customer champion role enhances the existing areas of the business involved in direct customer contact and, once again, demonstrates our commitment to listening to you, our customers.
 

TV advertising campaign 
You may have seen our recent TV advertising campaign featuring Cilla Black promoting our life insurance cover for the over 50s.  We have invested in this campaign to build awareness of the LV= brand and products, and to give you confidence that you are dealing with a financially strong, reputable organisation.
