Over the next 12 months we are continuing to focus on how we communicate with you. We have already completed a number of research studies testing style, content and method, to ensure that we eliminate jargon and make every word as clear as possible for you.
Overall, we are pleased that our scores this year are strong and, once again, above the industry average. However, our focus continues to be on placing you, our customer, at the centre of everything we do. We have an ongoing commitment to review, implement and develop our Customer Experience programme across the whole of the business and continue to look for opportunities to improve how we deliver that experience.
