Putting you at the heart of what we do has long been part of our culture and way of working. This includes talking to you and asking you about your experiences with us.
Over time we will add to these pages to provide information on how we use feedback from you to help us improve the products and services we provide.
In the meantime, here you will find our latest results from the annual ABI Customer Impact Scheme. This is a survey where over 21,000 customers with a life product such as life insurance, pension or investment are asked their views about the product and service they receive from their provider.
